Straight away would not boot properly or accept any usb or printer connections (rang dell was told to find upgrades on internet and download them and fix it myself) I am not very computer literate so i didn't know what to do.No problem within a week whole computer crashed. Another call to some Indian call centre i ask for my next day fix tech to come out told NO i have to sit and try to fix it myself while he instructs me what to do. He couldn't fix the problem so he made me reboot to how computer was delivered. Problem solved?No not with a DELL Hard Drive crashed within 3 days another call to Bombay finally send TECH next day he replaces Hard Drive with knew one and leaves. Now computer is not how it was delivered to me there is no software installed, i install all discs they sent but some of the software i paid for is missing call again told download yourself if you can i can't help you. Now after 6 months of problems & phone calls and frustration the computer tells me several days later i don't have a DVD/CD drive anymore.Ifeel totally ripped of and deserted by DELL in Australia they have no stores you can go in now i know why.
